In civil law cases, the plaintiff is always responsible to build any case to show the civil wrong. In civil cases, the thing what we have to do is that the entire plaintiff has to convince the jury which was reasonably possible and the defendant was responsible for the complaint. After that the burden will shifts to the defendant to prove that they are innocent.

Like all other lawyers, they must have a JD degree from an Association accredited law school and always must have cleared the state bar exam.
